 Dagar’s Catering has proudly served Central Texas universities since the 1960’s. We are honored with our contacts with The University of Texas, Texas State University-San Marcos, formerly Southwest Texas State University, as well as Concordia University, Huston-Tillotson University and St. Edwards University. We have catered for the majority of the visiting football team’s alumni including Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa State as well as Notre Dame Baseball. Often referred to as the “most educated caterer’s in Austin”, the Dagar family holds seven degrees between them so thus understand the unique needs for the university community. These needs include specialized menus, one-of-a-kind decorations and set-up, as well as the ability to be completely unobtrusive while being completely attentive. Through the course of our business with the various universities we have catered for Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush as well as former First Lady Johnson. |
