 Dagar’s Catering has proudly served Central Texas universities since the 1960’s. We are honored with our contacts with The University of Texas, Texas State University - San Marcos (formerly Southwest Texas State University), as well as Concordia University, Huston-Tillotson University and St. Edwards University. Often referred to as the “most educated caterers in Austin”, the Dagar family holds seven degrees collectively and boasts a great understanding of the unique needs for the university community. These needs include specialized menus, one-of-a-kind decorations and set-up procedures, as well as the ability to be completely unobtrusive while also being completely attentive. Through the course of our business with the various universities we have catered for Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush, as well as former First Lady Johnson.
